Raspberry Rose Sgroppino
This raspberry rose sgroppino is refreshing, sweet, fruity and floral. It acts both as your cocktail and dessert! It's made with vodka, Prosecco, a ginger liqueur, lemon juice, rose water and a raspberry sorbet. Perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients
- 3 ounces of Prosecco
- 2 ounces of raspberry sorbet
- ½ teaspoon (or 3 drops) of rose water
- ¾ ounce of vodka
- ½ ounce ginger liqueur
- ¼ ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
- Start by adding two small scoops (about 1 ounce each), of raspberry sorbet into a champagne flute.
- Add the vodka, ginger liqueur and lemon juice and swirl slightly to mix.
- Pour about 1-2 ounces of prosecco into the flute and mix to continue to dissolve the sorbet.
- Once the bubbling slows and the foam goes down, add the rest of the prosecco, followed by the rose water.
