Raspberry Rose Sgroppino

This raspberry rose sgroppino is refreshing, sweet, fruity and floral. It acts both as your cocktail and dessert! It's made with vodka, Prosecco, a ginger liqueur, lemon juice, rose water and a raspberry sorbet. Perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces of Prosecco
  • 2 ounces of raspberry sorbet
  • ½ teaspoon (or 3 drops) of rose water
  • ¾ ounce of vodka
  • ½ ounce ginger liqueur
  • ¼ ounce of fresh squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Start by adding two small scoops (about 1 ounce each), of raspberry sorbet into a champagne flute.
  2. Add the vodka, ginger liqueur and lemon juice and swirl slightly to mix.
  3. Pour about 1-2 ounces of prosecco into the flute and mix to continue to dissolve the sorbet.
  4. Once the bubbling slows and the foam goes down, add the rest of the prosecco, followed by the rose water.
